Estimates and government programs

Results depend on the information you enter, the assumptions shown in a product, and the rules reviewed on the date indicated. Government rules, thresholds, eligibility requirements, tax treatment, and investment returns may change.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of a result, eligibility for a grant, credit, benefit, or tax treatment, payment of any amount, investment performance, or any particular outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• entering complete and accurate information;
• reviewing the assumptions and limitations shown in each tool;
• verifying results before relying on them; and
• protecting files or plans you save, export, or share.

Acceptable use

You may use the website and its tools for personal or lawful business purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, damage, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting, or its products. You must not use them for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue content or features at any time. We do not promise that the website or its products will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Third-party services and links

The website and its products may link to government websites, app stores, email services, sharing tools, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Piroozlabs does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Piroozlabs name, branding, website content, product interfaces, and original materials are owned by Piroozlabs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piroozlabs will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, a product, an estimate, an export, or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the website handles information. The RESP Calculator also has a dedicated privacy notice describing its local processing, saved plans, and exports.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
