This policy explains how the Piroozlabs website handles information. Our products have separate notices when their practices differ or require more detail.
Information stored on your device
The website stores your language and light or dark theme preferences in your browser’s local storage. These preferences help the website remember your choices and are not sent to a Piroozlabs application backend. You can remove them using your browser’s site-data controls.
The main Piroozlabs website does not currently use advertising, behavioural analytics, or tracking cookies.
Hosting and connection information
Our hosting provider may automatically process standard connection information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and technical logs. Piroozlabs does not use this information to create advertising profiles.
Service providers may process information in Canada or other jurisdictions where they operate, subject to the laws applicable in those locations.
Email and feedback
If you contact info@piroozlabs.com, Piroozlabs and the email providers involved receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to you, address a request or complaint, and improve our products.
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and for legitimate administrative or legal requirements. Do not include sensitive personal, tax, or financial information unless it is necessary for your request.
